Commencing in the late 50s, the NSWGR undertook a series of rebuilds to some of their EHO high elliptical roof fleet.
New body framing and vertical plywood exterior sheeting, body brackets fitted the solebars and sliding luggage compartment doors.
They retained the original Guards doorway and large ducket lookout.

Our models are based upon photographic evidence and whilst several were converted we have chosen road numbers that match up with the detailing of our new van.
